Who we are: Buy Oriental is a trading firm specialized in sourcing and manufacturing on the Chinese market. We have many years experience in trade with China, which includes the entire process from sourcing the product to arrange shipping and delivery to the end destination. What we do: We offer our customers a professional approach and comprehensive service throughout the process from finding the product; evaluate quality and production to delivery at the customer’s chosen destination. Buy Oriental has the great benefit of being headquartered in one of the most dynamic and world leading trading cities, Hong Kong. This gives us direct access to manufacturers in China. We can in person visit the factories and do the evaluation and quality control during production and just before the goods are being shipped. For us it is crucial that our customers receive the agreed product on the agreed time.
When receiving an inquiry from a customer we will first investigate and evaluate appropriate manufacturers. In the next step we will submit an offer to the customer for reviewing. Thereafter we are happy to discuss any concerns that the customer may have, so that our offer is in line with the customer’s requirements. Before the order is placed we will provide the customer with a product sample for approval, in this way you will know exactly what the product is. After approval we will place the written order and delivery will be made in accordance to our agreement.
